We had a final practice day at Oakland Valley Raceway Park, just for the fun of it. It was great to be able to just go out for the heck of it and have a lot of fun. My teammate Josh Green and I lapped OVRP all day and were joined by his cousin who happens to be Chief Mechanic for Daniel Ricciardo, Red Bull F1 driver.
For 2017 I was offered the opportunity to drive for the newly-formed PSL Northeast team, a subsidiary of the famous PSL Karting team of Canada. This means leaving Coldstream/McAleer, with whom I've been karting since I started racing indoors in 2009. Needless to say, it was an emotional day.
