Who is your Favorite Driver (other than your instructors and yourself)?

Aside from Formula One (and racing in general, for that matter), I enjoy Volleyball and Photography. Personally, I also am a car enthusiast, and love things such as the show Top Gear, where they go over cars and review them. As my biography states, I was in Auto engineering for High School (mostly because of my love for all things four-wheeled). I'm also a decent, self-taught guitar player, and enjoy all kinds of music - my favorite artist being Ed Sheeran and Shawn Mendes.

Russell Trivia

Get to know me!

Well...As a fan of Formula One from the instant I knew what a car was, I have grown to love many of the drivers. However my all-time favorite was Ayrton Senna, who believe it or not, also pursued karting himself when he was younger. As of right now, my favorite drivers are Fernando Alonso (always taking the car to the limit, even if it is not the best one there) and especially Lewis Hamilton (as a young person of color I identify with him a lot, as he is a role model for me).  Of course, I also count my own driving instructors among my favorites!

What do you do in your spare time?

I remember the day when I was given a Xbox 360 as a christmas present. That's how much of a dedicated gamer I am! I love to play video games, especially racing simulations like iRacing and Asseto Corsa on the PC (look for Russell Soto).  Aside from the racing games, I like to mess around with my guitar, hang out with friends, skateboard and play volleyball!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED Ron Howard's adaption of the Formula One 1976 season, "Rush". The way everything was acted and portrayed was to the most precise of details in comparison to the real events. Most people would expect it to be just be about racing, however it showed the two big personalities of Niki Lauda and James Hunt, and how the athletes were competitive in every aspect of thier sport.
